The terms for using the Breathwork Protocols app and this website.

These terms apply to the Breathwork Protocols Android app (com.emresult.breathwork) and this website. They are provided by Emresult , Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. The app

Breathwork Protocols guides breathing exercises with an animated circle, sounds, a voice and vibration. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

2. Not medical advice

The app is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and gives no medical advice. You use breathing exercises at your own risk. Please read the health and safety notice before your first session.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

The app may include a free trial and, in future, paid subscriptions sold through Google Play. Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by Google Play, under its terms; to cancel, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. We will state prices and the length of any trial in the store listing before you buy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, interfere with our servers, or abuse the reward features. Protocols you create or import are yours; protocols shared with you by others are other people's content, and nothing in them runs until you choose to start it.

5. Your data

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature, and may update these terms. When we do we will change the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury or harm arising from breathing exercises you choose to practise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
