About the app

Made for quiet

Breathwork Protocols is a simple Android app for guided breathing sessions, published by Emresult in Tallinn, Estonia.

about-img

A session is a few small cards.

Every protocol is built from cards (paced breathing, breathing at your own pace, holds, rests, notes and music), arranged into rounds. Use one of the seven protocols that ship, or edit them and make your own. Your sessions and settings stay on your phone. Read the privacy policy.
